Payment Information

    TithePay does NOT store or process payment data. All sensitive financial information is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI-compliant payment processor.

    We use church and donor information to:

    • Provide giving services
    • Display donor history
    • Process recurring gifts
    • Generate reports
    • Deliver clarity tools
    • Improve platform performance
    • Provide customer support

    We never sell or share data with advertisers.

    Stripe & Payment Security

    TithePay uses Stripe Connect to process all payments.

    • TithePay never sees card numbers.
    • TithePay never sees bank account numbers.
    • TithePay never stores payment credentials.
    • All funds go directly to the church’s Stripe account.
    • Stripe is responsible for PCI compliance.

    Cookies & Tracking

    TithePay uses minimal cookies to:

    • Keep users logged in
    • Improve dashboard performance
    • Track basic usage analytics

    We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.

    Data Sharing

    We only share data with:

    • Stripe (for payment processing)
    • Email delivery services (for receipts and notifications)
    • Internal clarity tools (Bible clarity, devotionals, PastorSuite)

    We do not sell, rent, or trade data with any outside organization.

    We protect data using:

    • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
    • Secure servers
    • Role-based access
    • Regular security audits
    • Stripe-powered payment protection

    Churches may request account deletion at any time.

    Children’s Privacy

    TithePay does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

    Youth Clarity tools are educational resources, not data-collection tools.

    Account Deletion

    Churches may delete their account by contacting support. Deletion includes:

    • Church profile
    • Staff accounts
    • Donor profiles
    • Fund settings
    • Dashboard data

    Stripe accounts remain active unless disconnected.

    Policy Updates

    TithePay may update this policy as needed. Churches will be notified of major changes.
