Terms of Service

• Churches must create a TithePay Account to access the platform.
• Churches must provide accurate information during onboarding.
• Churches are responsible for maintaining login security.
• Churches may add team members and assign roles.

TithePay uses Stripe Connect to process all payments.

• Churches must complete Stripe onboarding.
• All funds go directly to the church’s Stripe Connected Account.
• TithePay never touches church money.
• Stripe fees are charged by Stripe, not TithePay.

TithePay offers two subscription plans:

• 4.0% + $0.30 per donation (Stripe processing 2.9% + $0.30)
• TithePay platform fee: 1.1%

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Churches may upgrade or downgrade at any time. No contracts. No long-term commitments. No hidden fees or add-ons.

Churches agree not to:

• Use TithePay for illegal activity.
• Abuse, exploit, or misuse the platform.
• Attempt to bypass security.
• Interfere with platform operations.

Violations may result in account suspension.

• TithePay respects church and donor privacy.
• TithePay does not store raw card or bank data.
• Stripe handles all sensitive payment information.
• Churches may request account deletion at any time.

• Churches may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing.
• Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• Stripe accounts remain active unless disconnected.

TithePay is provided “as-is.”

• TithePay is not liable for Stripe outages.
• TithePay is not liable for internet or device issues.
• TithePay is not liable for misuse by church staff.

TithePay may update these terms as needed. Churches will be notified of major changes.
