What we collect
We collect the information you and your donors provide to run giving: church details, administrator accounts, donor names and contact info, gift amounts, and payout instructions. Payment card numbers are handled entirely by our payment partner, Stripe, and never touch our servers.
How we use your data
We use your data to process gifts, generate receipts and statements, send payouts to your church, provide your dashboard, and keep the platform secure. We do not use donor data to market other products, and we never sell or rent your data.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorized staff and systems, and we monitor for suspicious activity. Payment processing follows Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We retain records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
What your donors can expect
Donors receive only what they ask for: a receipt for their gift and, if they choose, a secure portal to view their giving history. They can request a copy or deletion of their own data at any time, subject to record-keeping requirements.
Sharing with partners
We share data only with the partners required to operate the platform — primarily Stripe for payment processing — and only the minimum needed. We never share donor data for advertising or with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights and choices
You can view, export, or request deletion of your church's data from your dashboard. You control which staff can access records. You may update your church's information or close your account at any time.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We'll notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
